Trying to be as accurate as pos with my tree. Both my husband and I have been married before and all the kids from different marriages, but I cant add a second parent...weird as that sounds, i would like the kids to be listed under both of us, but still be able to mention their biological parents, how is this done ? |

FTM lets you add any number of spouses in any combination. And you can decide which marriage to link each child to. And you can decide which marriage displays by default. J |

My g/grandfather had three wives, all on tree. One of those wives had three husbands, all on tree. There are so far eight known children, all on tree. Click on a child . Scroll to the bottom of page Details Extra Details Photos Parents Click parents and there is a dropdown box which allows you to choose the right parents. Click save. |

Sorry - consider my wrist slapped! FTM is Family Tree Maker. It's been around for years and years. I use the 2005 version which is available for about 10 pounds. It is extremely versatile. J |
