My image viewer won't display.....HELP!!!!

Liz, I don't know if this will solve your problem as it is a different web site your trying to view images on but .... when I couldn't view images on ancestry it was because of the security settings on my computer. I had the pop-up blocker switched on - when I turned this off I could then view the images. Hope this has helped, Annette |

I am trying to view certs online using the image viewer through th records department and everytime it just crashes and freezes my computer.....any ideas what the problem is??? I have updated all the adobe viewer etc so it should display but it won't :-( Any help on this would be gratefully received.......many thanks in anticipation!!! Liz. |
