Seems OK to me. Have ordered before from the overseas lists and the refs are different. :-) Keith |

Hello, I hope someone might be able to give me some advice. I am trying to help my sister-in-law trace her grandfather. He was in the Army, stationed in Germany when he died in an accident. I have found his death reference on 1837's site, under:- Army Returns - Deaths - 1951-1955. The reference is given just as his name, the place he was stationed at which was Oldenburg, and then 1955 (23) 9. Is this enough to order the certificate with? I am familiar with ordering certifcates online through the GRO, but have never ordered an overseas one before, and the reference isn't like the usual ones. Many Thanks for your attention. Julie PS I'll post this on the Records Board too, |
