Birth weight or is it a birth time (?) on grandfat

Appears as 9b(l)? 45m pm Directly under December first. A Scottish Cert issued in 1903 in the county of Lanark. Could this be a birth weight or time? Thanks. |

Scottish birth certs usually have the time of birth, so I suspect that is what it will be. |
