Transcribers help needed

hi what do i do when there is a line across an entry. its a handwritten page and i can clearly see the person they have crossed out.....is it not meant to be transcribed even though i can read it? or do i enter it?. someone help as i want to get it finished tonight......and to think i was flying my way through the pages cheers Sylvia;-/

Hi Sylvia, When I came across the same thing while transcribing, I added the entry, highlighted it and put a comment in 'my notes' for the checker, who can either leave it or delete. Don;t know if that was the right way to do it, or you could contact your co-ordinator and she will tell you, mine was away on holiday at the time so I could'nt ask. Liz

Hi liz sorry i am late in replying......I found out this morning that you still enter it and then on the next line you put #crossed out. I emailed them last night and just received a reply this morning. i just thought i would ask on here because i was in a bit of a rush but thanks for the info anyway Sylvia
