I read the following in this weeks Glamorgan Gazette:- Two open days are taking place on August 10th and 11th between 10:00am - 4:00pm, when old registers of the parish will be on view. The church was built in 1471 and the registers contain details of births, marriages and burials which date back more than 500 years. These records also include those of St Mary Magdalene Church, Margam. For further details contact: Rev Ian Rees on 01656 740500. |
