Can anyone tell me if you can view the old fashioned way the Ancestry Census or have you always got to do it through the viewer now;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; eg;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; Before you could get the page saying others in family Head wife ect;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; I cannot get thar now |

hi babs have just used new ancestry and found it a lot better than the old one it has given me brians ggrandad wifes name where he was born his occupation allchildrens names and where living all on the 1881 census eileen |

The new Ancestry is heaps better. You can now search the census using spouse or parents names as well. You still get the old stuff and a bit more. Just wish it had been in a few months ago when I went through heaps of the extended family to get their census form. lol. Toni |

So this is me having to get to grips with the new version then;;;LOL Yes hav noticed it throws up a bit more ;;the only problem with that is it has given me my GGran where I could not find anymore info on her but that was in 1871 before she married my grandfather but can I hell find her before ;;; Oh well get the specs back on again, just find reading some writing is terrible ;; Babs |
