Hi, i have some certs that were due to be posted on the 1st. How long are we waiting at the moment before chasing them?

Theyre a law unto themselves. I recently waited 5 weeks to receive certs; although at other times Ive waited 6 days!

It takes as long as it takes! I've just ordered some certs and the despatch date I was given was 9th August. nell

I oredered 2, dispatch on the 2nd August, so going on the time my others took they should have arrived today, the 3rd. Maybe tomorrow...........

they may be despatched by GRO to TNT on the date estimated but then it is how long TNT keep them before sending them to the PO. A bit misleading that date really. i have read that TNT wait until they have a full van load. So if your despatch date catches a full van it will take fewer days than if it goes into an empty van.
