Hi, i have some certs that were due to be posted on the 1st. How long are we waiting at the moment before chasing them? |

Theyre a law unto themselves. I recently waited 5 weeks to receive certs; although at other times Ive waited 6 days! |

It takes as long as it takes! I've just ordered some certs and the despatch date I was given was 9th August. nell |

Mine are supposed to be dispatched on 4th August, worried now though cos I went to print out the confirmation the pc crashed so I have no reference number :( |

I oredered 2, dispatch on the 2nd August, so going on the time my others took they should have arrived today, the 3rd. Maybe tomorrow........... |

they may be despatched by GRO to TNT on the date estimated but then it is how long TNT keep them before sending them to the PO. A bit misleading that date really. i have read that TNT wait until they have a full van load. So if your despatch date catches a full van it will take fewer days than if it goes into an empty van.
