Hello Sam and Heather, I was going to renew anyway so I don't really mind. I'm a bit puzzled by not getting an email though, because I receive their monthly newsletter without any problem. Perhaps I was a bit too quick on the delete button when I got back from holiday! Lol Helenx |

They usually send you a mail a couple of weeks before - did it go into spam or something? You could phone them if you dont want the sub to activate? |

Hi, Yes they do renew automatically - I'm sure they do send an email though. I'm glad you've posted this, it's just reminded me to check my subscription as I don't wan't them to renew mine this time! Sam x |

I've just received a mail from Ancestry thanking me for my subscription, which is very kind of them, but I haven't renewed. Do they have automatic renewal and shouldn't I have received an email first telling me my subscription was nearing it's end? |
