30 July 2006 Inserted two blocks of records for Liverpool RD which had been omitted in error from earlier batches. These relate to civil marriages at West Derby (1877-1878) and a number of civil marriages at Liverpool which had been mis-dated as 1851 but relate to 1857. Thanks again Christine, for keeping me updated on the updates! Being the age I am, with the brain I have, I keep forgetting to check for updates, and I have a marriage dated 1851, which I am just about to check to see if it was really 1857 - this would explain why there appear to be no children for the first six years of marriage - and then they have nine! OC |

I value those local BMD sites - they often have info you can't get elsewhere very easily. I drop in on ukbmd.org.uk from time to time and, if I spot an update (and I feel energetic!) then I mention it on here. I know how hard it is to keep up with all the amazing stuff that's available online. Christine |
