Hi, Don't know if anyone can help, but I am trying to trace my Great Grandmothers family and can't find any of them on the 1901 census. The problem is while being known under one surname, family history (idle chatter) also mentions another, which can have a variety of spellings and nobody was brave enough to ask while they were still alive in case anyone became upset! I'm now confused and think we'll never be able to sort out this part of the tree! Any ideas of how to procede? Thanks, Beth
