Help cannot open files sent from A2A

I finally received my documents online today in 14 different jpegs saved them to my desktop now I cannot open them I get the message This is not a valid Bitmap file or its format is not currently supported, is there any other way I can open them thanks

Hi Valerie, It's been a while since I went on A2A - Can you now oreder documents from them? What sort of docs are they? I'm intrigued!!! Deb

sorry I did not reply earlier had other things to do thanks Eric done it now, Deb I got my Great Grandfather X 3 naturalisation papers its fantastic ordered them online on Sunday ,and they were delivered by email today a bit late because they promise within 24 hours , but they apologised for the delay. There is quite a bit of stuff online dont know exactly which but it does tell you, they asked me what I thought of the service as its fairly new I must say I was very impressed.
