I had the same problem last night. But when I went back to the SP home page and clicked on 'viewed images' the image came out fine. It looks like it's just an occasional occurence, but the site remembers the fact that you've paid for the image. Gordon

Have you managed to view other things on there? just thinking if they have taken the credits off then maybe your Java or Active X aren't working.

Go back on scotlandspeople and go in to the ones you have all ready looked at should be called previous it will be there go in it should let you look if not go in to your account details and change your viewer then go back and look should open it up for you but won't charge again

I looked for a marriage between George Monro , farmer. and Isabella Greig on June 2nd 1883 at Glenbervie. I found this on Scotlands People and paid 5 credits to view but nothing came up. Tried it a few times but still nothing. They took the 5 credits off. I am trying to find George Monro's parents but can't find anything on 1901 Census or LDS . Anyone got any ideas please Marina
