FTM 2005 made a big booby help please

I dont know why I did it but I opened a new tree and imported a Gedcom into it , then I found my own tree was not on there any more but I have it on my desktop under Tribal pages ,how do I get rid of the new one and get my one back ???? Also can you only have 4 Trees on there then ??? |

I don't know how to sort your problem out - I leave problems to my son - but I do know you can have more than 4 trees on FTM2005. Kath. x |

Hi Val Try using the search tool in Microsoft type in the Ftw file name and you will get the back up files for it Bren |

no its disappeared , but I do have lots of gedcoms on my desktop not sure how to put one of them on it cannot understand it thanks Alan Brenda will try that thanks |

Alan I just got up off the Floor after reading your tip wow, thanks very much for taking all that trouble I am a bit tired tonight so will wait till the morning dont want to make the problem worse than it is, If it doesnt work I shall get back to you maybe tomorrow thanks again.
