I have a rellie that went to the US sometime after 1871 but returned to UK before 1888 (Death registered in Wigan 1888) She is in the US 1880 census so she would have traveled back sometime between 1880 and 1888....would her return journey be on a passenger list somewhere? Deb

Hi Debs How are you? Try this site - I've found it to be a valuable resource for so much to do with emmigration. I can't see the anwser to your question but there is a mailing list and archive Q&A section (scroll about half way down the home page to find it - I haven't bothered to look at this but will do at some point in the future) so, if your answers not there, just join the mailing list and I'm sure someone, somewhere will know the answer. http://www.theshipslist*com/ Snowdrops
