if the innocent party to the marriage applied for a declaration of nulity, then I believe the records are held by the same people as have divorce records: The Principal Registry of the Family Division Decree Absolute Search Section First Avenue House 42-49 High Holborn London WC1V 6NP Tel: 0207 947 6000 I would phone to check and I expect the second line of the address will be different! Can anyone help in obtaining information to bigamous marriages or any records of imprisonment of persons for such a crime?
