Kelly - in the nicest possible way, please find the CapsLock key. It's very difficult to read things in block capitals. Doesn't matter if it's all small letters or the computer can't spell. J |

I would imagine that you've got this address from the 1881 census. I think the street is just a residential street, as if you look at the images before and after the one you've found, no one seems to be running business premises there - they just all have different occupations, as in any residential street.
