Your welcome I made the mistake of trying to print to file from the printer setting (Well, the option is there so it should be possible!) WRONG!! lol Have fun! Elly |

Hi Guys You go through the normal motions to get the report you want On the same pop up where you decide what report you want, on the right at the bottom you should see a tick box 'Print to File' Tick the box, then hit the print button above it. Choose where to save the file and what to call it. Perhaps save to your desk top first time so you can find it easy. Let me know if you get stuck Elly |

Pauline, I use PAF5 but I don't know how to send reports to other people.If you contact the helpdesk on familysearch they'll be able to help you. Wendy |

If so,please can you advise how I can use the reports section to send to other researchers? I can only get it to come up as ready to print, but cannot see an option to be able to save it. Perhaps it's just me being thick!! Pauline |
