That makes things a boit easier. Cookies are temporary files which remember recent info for you - such as how you have a program set uo. If they get corrupted, they can cause all sorts of problems. I was totally shut out of WORD for two weeks till I thought of a ciooky as a cause. Glad to hear you are back in business. All the best Jim |

Sounds like the original viewer has confused itself. You might need to uninstall it and then re-download. Jim |
