go to Tools at the top of the page then Internet options then delete cookies

I'm on Ancestry, but am on the other thread about missing My Ancestry - so hopefully it will all get sorted soon - suspect maybe all the changes have caused probs. fingers crossed eh? I think anyone who can get on had best just search for the time being... Gill

you may need to restart computer after deleting cookies I have had to do this every day for the past week or so

Has anyone else got problems accessing Ancestry today? I haven't lost a shoebox, I've lost the whole caboodle!! I can't persuade Ancestry to open at all - co.uk or .com. Most frustrating!! Hazel
