Any people with the same surnames in the same parish might be related. But people's opinions are no substitute for facts. You would need to establish the connections by checking the parish baptisms and marriages registers. I've also found that some parish extracts on the IGI aren't the same as the details found in the original registers! nell

hi i've been on the IGI siteand found these people on there . peircy pope gender female marrage; 10 jun 1802 nothaw hertford. james pope gender male marrage;sep1779 northaw hertford eng james pope gender male marrage; 26 oct 1817 northaw hertford martha pope gender female marrage; nov 1789 northaw hertford i know that james pope m/ 26 oct1817 is my 4xg/father do you think that the other people could be related to my 4x g/father any suggestions would be helpful thanks hazel.
