Could you please chech out Absolom Wray He is son of Jonaba Wray they came from Louth area .I wounded if he was only child and who his Mother is? I know he married a Charlotte Jackson and Had least three children but thats about all I have I do think he would have been born about 1780-90 but not sure. I will be greatfull for any help you can give Many thanks Sue

He is on 1841 census (which shows your birth year guesstimate to be way out), but for info you are asking, then it's the IGI and parish records that you need to check. IGI free to search on familysearch.org HO107/626/26/4/5 and all born in county Living Authorpe, Lincolnshire Absalom Wray 30 ag lab Charlotte Wray 20 Samuel Wray 4 months Remember 1841 rounds ages down 0-14=as stated, 15-19=15, 20-24=20 etc. Marriage (should give you father's name/occupation) OND 1838 Louth vol 14 page 803 IGI has his christening (extracted record) Christening: 14 MAY 1811 South Thoresby, Lincoln, England Parents: Father: JONADAB WRAY Family Mother: SUSANNA
