Hi folks, From the Ancestry site, England and Wales Marriage Index: 1837-1983, I found a long lost uncle...DAVIE, George B, wed a ????? PESET, at Southampton, 1st quarter 1922 : 2c 85. Ok so far. To find out the christian name of his wife I went to same quarter, same year, to look for the PESET that wed 'our' George. But not listed. I have tried familysearch, not there either. Has anybody got any idea where else I can look please. By the way,the 'B' is for Bucknell, not your average everyday name is it!!!. Thanks in advance. Regards, Mick davie.

Hi Julie. Thanks for your info. I think the BUCKNOLE is a relation, I would guess that my g/parents did not know how it was spelt, so put it down as BUCKNELL. By the way, from bits picked out from past notes, it was the Wency wentch that he wed, I remember wondering if there was a club for singles with weird names where they met !!! Thanks again. Regards mick.

Thanks again Gina. I would have seen it all clearly later on, through the bottom of my brandy glass. Beats Specsavers hands down !! I shall raise the glass to you tonight. ( I might have to have another one for Julie, it,s only fair!!). Regards, mick.
