Gravestone Emblems.

I found something which I never knew before regarding Emblems on Gravestones. Each Emblem means something different, and can sometimes even tell you what they died from. These Emblems are usually only used in Christian Burials.

Thanks for that Paul. Now in my idle moments I shall ponder on what I will have on my headstone! I am aiming for the shattered urn - but my daughter assures me she is going to have me cremated on the strength of she'll be here and I won't have a say in it. So, I just might be be wasting 'pondering time'. :) Victoria
