Has anyone else had a problem? I thought they would be useful?

Hi Kelly - I just tried downloading the forms and had no problem, so I think the problem is with your computer. If Word opens when you click on the file, perhaps you have the wrong program associated with the file type (i.e., *.pdf). I don't know what version of Windows you have (I'm using XP), but if you can, try this: Click on 'My Computer' (should be an icon on your desktop or on the Start menu). From the menu bar at the top, click on 'Tools'. On the dropdown menu, click on 'Folder Options ...'. When the dialogue box opens, click on the tab that says 'File Types' (it may take a few seconds for the list to load). Scroll down until you see PDF in the 'Extensions' column. Beside this (in the 'File Types' column), it should say 'Adobe Acrobat 7.0 Document' (or possibly an earlier version). If it says 'Microsoft Word Document' or something other than 'Adobe Acrobat', click on the 'Change' button in the lower part of the dialogue box. This will open a new dialogue box called 'Open With' with a list of different programs that you can choose from. If you have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer, this should appear on the list. Click on it, then on the 'OK' button. Now close the 'Folder Options' box and try opening the form you downloaded from GR - it should now display correctly, and be able to print. If Adobe Acrobat Reader does not appear in the 'Open With' dialogue box, you should go to the Adobe Web site and download it (it's free), and follow the directions to install it on your computer. Then repeat the instructions above. This *should* work - if not, then I don't know what else to try. Good luck - Tim
