I don't know if this has been on here before but I just wanted to say that many of my GR contacts messages wind up in my junk mail folder. Now I check my junk mail folder every day so no messages get overlooked but is that the case for everyone? Please remember to check your Junk Mail folder from time to time. Just yesterday I got a very detailed (but by now redundant reply) to a message I must have sent ages ago. I can only think her computer was broke, my messages were going in her junk mail folder or she had broken her wrist and couldn't use a mouse! ;-) They are the only reasons I can apply to the long delay in replying. So check your junk mail folders folks. Cheers, Horatia |

If you get stuff in your junk mail folder, and it isn't junk, there's usually a ''This isn't Spam'' button you can click, or possibly a set of options such as ''whitelist sender''. ''whitelist domain'', (or ''blacklist''...) and so on. You can use these options to ''teach'' your spam filter that certain senders are ok. Christine |

Hi Christine, Yes, I have a Not Spam button but it doesn't seem to make any difference! For some reason my ISP's filter system thinks many GR messages are junk - perhaps it is getting confused with Hot Matches!! (Tee-Hee)!!! Cheers, Horatia |

If your spam filter isn't learning it may be that GR is using more than one IP(?) address from which to send the info. It might look the same to you and me, but the computer would see it as different, so it has to learn each one - one at a time! Christine |

I've noticed that too, and so I set up a filter so that they go into my 'Ancestry' folder. They still go into both my Inbox and Bulk mail. Grrrr As you say, it must be the IP. |
