I've done some research looking for family related to my dad, (he was brought up believing he had no relatives. His dad was killed in first world war etc.etc.). But he had relations and one member of genes re-united has 11 of them on her tree. Maybe she no longer responds to emails. I don't want to be pushy, but is there some way I can contact this member. I've replied to hot matches, and asked to view tree etc. but no response. I'd love to find relatives. Any ideas please? Jeni

That is a problem-people put their tree on here then never return.

The only thing I can advise is to google. I found a message relating to my dad on a forum( four years before) and the email given was incorrect/old. I googled both the details and her nickname for a couple of hours which then led me to tribal pages, where there was an up to date email addy. It worked and now we are in contact and as well as foster rellies we have become really good friends.

Did you say why you wanted to view tree as people dont always answer to please can I see tree you need to outline why or perhaps just away I once had a reply 6 months after i messaged some one so dont give up hope Jeanette
