Is there searchable buriel records?

Hi I know where my greatgrandfather is buried but I dont know where and when he died. Is it possible to search for buriel records anywhere? so that I can eventualy get the death certificate. |

If you know where he is buried can you contact the cemetery/church and find out what it says in the register? Anne |

His name is John Hunter, He is buried St Mary's Saston Cambridgeshire, and i think he died in the late 1920's-1930's. I believe his wife Mabel hunter was later buried wih him in the 1960's |

Hi Tasmin I found this on Family history Name John HUNTER Date 5 Jul 1926 Age 40 Residence otp Notes – Yard Sawston CAM Grave details grave No 308 cemetery on the bmd, there is this John Hunter age 40 District Linton, Vol 3b Pg 434 hope it helps Vikki |
