hi linda, sorry i dont know of any, but i need the suffolk parish stuff to as all my ancestors are from suffolk. The records office in Ipswich is almost impossible for me to visit, but the Society of Genealogists have all the records they are not online but have building in London, it costs about £43 per annum. I will have to check back and see if anyone else might know. I have looked on the internet but can only come up with the Suffolk surname list, but have never had any response, also the local history group for suffolk offer some look ups but sadly not my areas, if you dont know the site i will get the email address back soon yvette

The LDS have filmed a lot of Suffolk records. If you live near one of their centres you can rent films there. They are kept for a month. Gwynne

That Cosford database is fantastic. I found that about a year ago and managed to find a whole ton of my Suffolk ancestors parish info on there. You don't need to contact Ray Long at the start - simply do a search (from the Home Page) on the particular area you're interested in (listed on the left hand side), look up the surname and see if there are any of yours listed. Or you can type the area in the search box (tick box for site search only) and follow the various links to pages from there. If you need a hand, let me know.
