It seems that I have got stuck and come to a complete blank. I am trying to get more information about my Great Great grandfather who is on my Great Grandfathers wedding certificate. My GGrandfather is Fred Sutcliffe who got married to Minnie Clayton in Holy Trinity Church in Habergham Eaves, Burnley Lancashire. There is also a Sybil Sutcliffe who was a witness at the wedding but don't know how she came into the family, Hope you can help Rowena |

There are no dates in your request, but this looks like the marriage: Marriages Dec 1911 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- CLAYTON Minnie Burnley 8e 408 Sagar James H Burnley 8e 408 Sutcliffe Fred Burnley 8e 408 Tyson Laura E Burnley 8e 408 There are over 30 Fred Sucliffe's in Burnley in 1901 and he may not have even been living there at that date. We need his age and occupation and occupation of his father too. Merry |

Fred and Minne Clayton got married on the 16th December 1911. His fathers profession was a gentleman. Fred was 25 and Minnie 22 and Fred's occupation was a coal miner. |

1891 Rg12/3645 11 15 Thornton Bradford Jonathan 46 Farmer born Halifax Mary 38 born Halifax Wright 20 farm labourer Sam 16 coal miner Sarah Jane 11 Arthur 8 Fred 5 All children born Thornton Sam married a Sybil and is on 1901 with her, so she was Fred's sister-in-law. Jonathan must have been a 'gentleman farmer' LOL |
