HI has any one had their credit card expire for a subscription and not been informed by Ancestry. My card expired in May 06 I only use it for Ancestry so had not even taken notice of the expiry date so Yesterday when I came to do a look-up for someone I couldn't gain access. The first thing I did was to check my account detail and yes the card had already expired. I had the option of updating card details this I did, I also sent an e-mail to Ancestry Help Desk and as of yet I am still awaiting a reply. Just curious as to how long you have had to wait, if indeed it has happened to you. Wendy |

Can't really answer your question, but I do know there is a Freephone number you can ring, which gets a quicker response from them. I've heard they are quite helpful. Maybe someone else can give you the number. Kath. x |

The freephone number for subscription queries is 0800 404 9723. The helplines are open from 9 am to 7 pm, Mon to Sat (according to a recent magazine advert). |
