The last link in the Genuki set would have led you to a window which tells you exactly what's in the Hartlepool District. The blue-font ''Hartlepool'' lower down (where it says ''Registers now in Hartlepool district.'') is a link to a list of contact info for various Districts, where the window opens so that Hartlepool is at the top.
