I have a whole line of masons on my hubby's side. From www.thefreedictionary. com: ma·son (msn) n. 1. One who builds or works with stone or brick. 2. Mason A Freemason.

More than likely,i have a few who are listed as mason for buildings. I would think stonemason would be correct, but apart from a monumental stonemason and stonemason for buildings can't think of any other type. Glen
