Sheffield RO - has anyone used it ?

Hello, Have decided to try local RO's this month for certs. Have had help locating the right RO for Bethnal Green - Tower Hamlets. Have looked on Genuki site (as recommended) and found the address and telephone number for the Sheffield RO. I need to order 1 marriage cert. Does anyone know if they have a website with an application form to print off? or do I just write a letter or telephone them? And if you have used them, are they any good? Many thanks Pen x
