My Tree Has Gone found it but it's all wrong

Sorry i just lost all the internet so shut computer down seems to be running at super sonic speed now so it could of just been my connection but tree still having a few problems, will email GR and let them know but i think it could be a problem this end with Orange (wanadoo). Thanks Jen

I think your tree is still there as it says you have 239 in tree perhaps just a blip have you tried signing out of genes then signing back in? jeanette

Send an email to GR and ask them to sort it out. Donna (Strump) had the same problem.

Ok i have managed to find my tree i put in peoples names on the search in my tree block and it eventually found someone. The only thing is some people it won't load it says cannot make connection with genesreunited should i let them know or see how it is tomorrow? Thanks Jennie

Hi sorry i'm having a major panick but my tree has gone i have opened my family tree it says that there are 226 people on my tree but no tree so i have closed it and opened it again and they have all gone. Has this happened to anyone else. I know the system has been slow the past few days but surely it wouldn't of lost my tree. Can anyone help me. It would be upsetting if it's gone for good as you have all helped me and guided me to building my tree. Thanks Jen
