they did say they were catching up with orders they already had bur after that all new orders would be 4 working days which is brilliant. I know what you mean Glen but some of mine are only available through the GRO as there isnt a local office |

Hi, I ordered six with the despatch date of 14th/ 3 arrived yesterday (15th so bang on time) and still waiting for the others. |

Wow, its back to normal then. I guess they are getting fewer orders with people on hols and no family history progs on at mo. |

I emailed our local office to see how to go about ordering from them, I didn't even get a reply. That didn't seem like a good omen so I went with the GRO, ordered on the 15th, dispatch on the 21st. |

It was I'm afraid Lyndsey, I should have asked you how you went about ordering from them :-( Not your fault, I should have asked at the time. At least the GRO seem to be catching up now. |
