Member Since: March 2003 Posts: 110 Send Message	just been checking through my OH grans marriage certificate we knew she had been born out of wedlock on her certificate were the name of the father should be its her mothers name instead is this done at the ministers discretion or families her granfather was a local lay preacher in the methodist church eileen
