if there is a quicker way of finding a date of death between 1902 and 1983, than trawling through BMD?. Or am I asking too much and have to do it the hard way. Jean

Up to about 1910 there are some deaths transcribed on FreeBMD indexes on Ancestry where you can enter a name and search, but after that, it is just a slow trawl through the years, qtr. by qtr. It was never meant to be an easy hobby, lol. Kath. x
