That could be really tedious. Well noted! As an aside, though, I'd have thought that the superscript would be '' ld'' - short for the ''land'' bit. Christine |

Just thought I would give this warning if you are missing some Northumberland rellies. On one page of the 1901 census I have found Northed (ed are smaller superscript) which is supposed to be Northumberland but it has been transcribed as being Ireland - not good if you are trying to find some elusive rellies! |
