Member Since: April 2006 Posts: 104 Send Message	I was able to cancel my initial trial subscription by e-mail as I was unable to use the freephone number (as I don't live in the UK or the US). From the Ancestry help site: If you are an unable to use the free phone number indicated (such as if a phone call from your area would be require a charge), please send a message to: internationalcancelsonly at ancestry dot c om and provide the following information: First and Last Name Username Subscription type (i.e., U.K. Deluxe, World Deluxe) Email address used when subscribing Phone number including country code Country After processing your email request, we will send a reply, including confirmation of the cancellation. PLEASE NOTE: The above email address is for International members only. Members from the United States, for example, will be unable to cancel via email.
