Welsh parish records???

Does any one know if Welsh records pre 1837 take the same form as English or is there a difference. Also where they can be located please.

www.genuki.org.uk/big/wal/#ChurchRecords has information about Welsh church records. There are quite a lot on www.familysearch.org and you can use Hugh Wallis batch numbers - there's a link on the Genuki page. nell

Sorry Helen got engrossed in something else. I have been to the Hugh Wallis list but it would seem the records on IGI are patchy, particularly for Radnorshire. Probably partly because it no longer exsists. I wondered whether the records would be like English held mainly at record offices or still at the church. Thankyou for your reply.
