Hi all, I've just renewed for £9.95. is this right, i seemed to think it was £7.50 a year. I'm not really bothered about the couple of quid just the principle if I'm being skunked! Thanks, Andy |

Have a look and see if you are on continuous membership or not (under My Account Details, on the left) This option was £7.50. GR did that price testing thing, where they charged people varying figures and then checked who complained!!! From the results of this ''survey'' they may have set the continuous membership figure at a higher level, but if they haven't informed you of the increase i think you have the right to complain. Others have, and I think they have all had the differece back. I agree, it's not the money, but the principal. Merry |

My Membership is up for renewal and GR are reminding me daily. As I dont intend to give them any money before midnight on the last possible day, then I am not taking any notice. But it had better be £7.50!!! OC |

If you're intending to renew, you might do well to change your membership to Continuous well in advance if that option's cheaper (go to My Account Details). |

Thought I would read the terms and conditions as it used to state the membership fee but can not spot it !!! From the terms and conditions: A continuous Full Membership is automatically renewed every twelve months and your credit card will be charged based on the type of subscription you have registered for. Credit card charges will be processed on the renewal date as stated in the notice of renewal sent by email to the holders of continuous Full Membership. This notice of renewal will be by email and will be sent 14 days before such automatic renewal save where the Full Membership fee is going to increase in which case the notice of renewal will be sent 28 days before such automatic renewal. Will be checking as my renewal is 14th August so if I get an email in the next week it means I will be paying more. Maureen |

The FAQ says full membership costs £9.95. It doesn't mention a different price for continuous or one-year membership. However, if you signed up for continuous membership at £7.50, I don't think they're allowed to take more from your credit card without asking your permission. |

Ooops! Just realised that the CC I registered with originally is no longer valid - off to do a bit of shifting about. OC |
