This looks like the only Margaret Binks in the area:- Charles Binks abt 1819 Haxey, Lincolnshire, England Head Haxey Lincolnshire Harrison Binks abt 1850 Haxey, Lincolnshire, England Son Haxey Lincolnshire >>>Margaret Binks abt 1830 Keapby, Lincolnshire, England Wife Haxey Lincolnshire Sarah Binks abt 1848 Falkirk, Scotland Daughter Haxey Lincolnshire Source information: RG9/2405 Registration district: Gainsborough Sub-registration district: Owston ED, institution, or vessel: 10 Folio: 131 Page: 2 It looks like Graiselound (If that's the correct spelling)in Haxey, is just a small hamlet, so she could just have been a family friend - probably didn't live too far away). Hiya everybody, I've just received a death cert for Thomas Maw aged 81 who died in 1865. What I'm wondering is whether in 1861 the informant on the cert, who is named as Margaret Binks in attendance, was actually living with Thomas Maw during the 1861 census, this is a long shot to find out if he was father to my GGG grandad also called Thomas. Hers is the only other name on the death cert. Thanks! Margaret.
