Contacting GR/Renewal of subs. Very cross

Can anyone tell me how you can get in touch with GR. I have e-mailed them four times, twice re not being able to renew my subscription and twice (when I finally managed it) about them overcharging me. I have seen all the other mentions on the site about overcharging but I never get a response to an e-mail. Is there any other way of contacting them. I am seriously mad that they can take money out of your account and are non-contactable. Georgina

Hi Georgina, I think i've read on the boards somewhere about messaging GR, that you have to click send twice...once after typing then again on next screen? I stand corrected if I'm wrong... Maybe, if you didn't do that, they didn't get the messages? Does that help?..hope so, Sue

Hi Sue, Thanks for that. I think what you mean is first you click to preview message and then to send. I always get a message GR will respond as soon as possible. Just wonder how soon is that. Georgina

Sorry that I wasn't any help Georgina.. I haven't had to message them...yet! So wasn't sure... I do think there are some threads on here tho, with a similar problem to yours. Might be worth doing a search? Here's hoping that someone else can help you out. Good luck! Sue

I have messaged GR a few times (with the double send thingy). I have never had a reply unless I messaged the Abuse people. So.......now if I want to ask them something, I go through Abuse and say, ''I am messaging this department (lol, I'm sure there's only one person!) as no one else responds''.....and then put my question. Up to now, I have always got a response with this method (not that I have needed to contact them very often!) Merry
