Hi Debs. Give us a call on 01902 836284 or e-mail us your phone number and we'll call you. The tree will be as big as it needs to be to contain everybody & everything you want on it, with 800 people it's not going to be small but we'll tell you how big it is and show it to you before you order or pay. Regards Ron www*genealogyprinters*com |

The tree I saw, printed by Ron and co, was about 50 feet in length and about two feet, top to bottom! Merry |

Their trees are a lot larger than A3 but I can't remember the actual size.....take a look at their website. genealogyprinters(.)com remove brackets Deb |

Hi...do they do the tree on A3 size. I usually print my FTM on A4 and stick it together if I want a general overview. Or just do certain family branches to see where there's gaps. I've just printed a 'direct line' one for my dad's birthday and framed it. It had fancy boxes and a red line running from the earliest member down to him. Cynthia |

Hi Laura and Perranmaid, I think I will give them a call on Monday....I too only want a basic tree for now but it still has about 800 people in it but I do want BMD's included....I have tried playing around with my tree today to see if I could chop off a couple of branches and try and bring it down to about 500 (Cheaper) but it sort of defeats the object! Deb My advice is talk to Ron and team. They really are approachable. I ended up with a couple of colours, each persons box includes B M D and spouse, this was decided upon after I had sent my GEdcom and they had seen the size of it. You get to see it before it is ever printed. Take the plunge and have a chat with them on Monday. |

Go for it I had a large plainish tree done recently. Excellent service and very reasonable. |

I've only ever heard good reports about Ron and Carol at Genealogy Printers. I haven't had my tree printed, but I've bought books from them and they are very helpful and easy to deal with. I've heard the trees they print are very good (BBC used them for WDYTYA programme) Kath. x |

I am finally going to have a tree printed but before I go through the process I thought I would ask for some tips from anyone who has already done this. As my tree is not finished - not sure it ever will be - I just want a basic one so I can see what branches I haven't yet explorered. Thanks in advance. Deb |
