Hi Edith Have just found the cert and it says JAMES LAMB 35 HEAD LABOURER MARY LAMB 33 WIFE JAMES LAMB 9 SON JESSIE LAMB 6 DAUGHTER MARY LAMB (not sure age) DAUGHTER WALTER LAMB 3 SON Parish of KELSO Hope this helps Julie |

hi julie thanks for that. can you give me details of cost for the site you mentioned. as to births i have no idea where in scotland, there were 2 other children born scotland before they moved to newcastle edith |

Hi Edith If you give about 30 mins and I will get back to you. I can find a county for only one credit. I need to put some on anyway, if you really want to know I dont mind. Does that mean you have no birth etc for them as they were all born in Scotland. You can if you sign up to Scotlands People download all the certs for about a pound each. Then you are able to print them off. But obviously it depends on how much research you need to do for Scotland. Please could ypu let me know if you would like me to have a look, within the next 30 mins. Julie |

hi thanks for that. but i don't want you to waste credits, especially if you have none already. walter should be with the others, if not i am guessing he could be the wrong one. on the 1861 northumberland they are all listed as born scotland. are you able to see a county for walter or is that not available. sorry if i sound dumb but i have not researched scotland before. thanks edith |

hi. could anyone help find the following family on the 1851 census for Scotland: James Lamb born c1812 Mary Lamb Born c1815 Jessie Lamb Born c1847 Walter Lamb born c1849 they were all born in Scotland but, sorry i don't have any other info as to where. i have them in 1861 onwards in northumberland. thanks for any help Edith |
