My amended GEDCOM failed to upload the other day. Just amended on item in my FTM file and created a new GEDCOM which then loaded OK. Have a look at your GEDCOM file using Notepad and see if there are any obvious errors in it. Compare it with an earlier one that loaded OK. Sometimes GR support can spot obvious errors in uploaded GEDCOMs. |

Uploaded an updated family tree the other day. As other was full of holes deleted it first. When I looked i was greeted by 2 unknowns and had to search for my names. Have just tried again and this time got 3 unknowns at the beginning. Anyone had this problem?? Jennie |
