Could someone look up Benjamin Senior born abt 1793 possibilty that he's already died but not sure. He married someone called Elizabeth abt 1811 and they had at least one son called George born abt 1839. From Crigglestone/Horbury/Thornes area I believe. Thanks again Kate |

Could you send me the image please. I'm all confused as if Mary is Ben's daughter and so are the other kids that's a big jump from 20+ years to 2months wonder if youngest could be Mary's? George at 2 is definately Benjamins as he's my grandad. If Elizabeths death entry is right she couldnt be mother to the 2 month old could she? Sorry to sound thick it's probably obvious to you! lol |

IN 1851, Mary Ann's surname is definitely Shaw on the image...............so therefore it's likely that Henry & Thomas are also 'Shaw' If your query, Kate, is about 1841, no-one can tell who belongs to, or with, whom, as relationships are not recorded. Reg |

Hi Reg It's the 1851 Census that confuses me. If Mary Ann is Benjamins daughter then thats a big age gap between the other children. Benjamin was married to Elizabeth and if the death entry above is right then she died before the youngest child was concieved so just wondering who the mum would be to this child. Sorry Reg I am probably reading it all wrong, the sun is affecting me lately lol Kate |
