It might be worth trying the IGI. Hugh Wallis has Irish batches listed at http://freepages.genealogy.rootsweb. com/~hughwallis/IGIBatchNumbers/CountryIreland.htm#PageTitle Whether it has the records you want, I can't tell. Christine

Michael There are very few Irish Parish Records online, period, but there are some good Cork websites and the website below is very good for whatever Cork Records that are available. You can also join the Cork Genealogy Society which you can google search for more information. How I wish the Glanmire Road Parish registers were available!!! Did you know that this was a road where many of the Cork Engine Drivers lived? A VERY few are on the IGI. Only 2 of my entire family in Ireland is on the IGI, strangely enough one of those was from Glanmire Road! http(://)www(.)corkancestors(.)com Suggest you also look at other threads that are currently on this board for other ideas: 1 First Steps in Researching Irish Family History Update 4 2 Irish research, please add, thanks Janet

Hi Michael If you log onto WWW.Rootschat.com they have an Irish section with all the counties just put your request on i think somebody in the Cork area will help you Regards George
